PLEASE NOTE: While the majority of Adriatica Village is accessible to the public, it is privately owned. Individuals are not permitted to obstruct public access or traffic to any area in Adriatica for photo shoots, events, or gatherings. If at any time your activities prevent our business owners from serving their clientele or disturb the peace of our residents, you may be asked to leave. Climbing over fences, walls, and/or locked gates is strictly prohibited. These areas are off limits to the public and unlawful entry is considered criminal trespass. All violators will be prosecuted.
Q: I’m interested in renting an apartment or reserving the chapel for an event. Who do I contact?
A: Each business is their own entity, and you will need to reach out to them directly to get information about reservations, booking, pricing, hours, etc. You can find contact information for each business on their respective pages here on our website.
Q: I want to visit Adriatica Village. Where is the best place to park?
A: Limited street parking is available for restaurant and retail customers. There is a parking garage with free parking available right across from the Bell Tower Flats apartment complex. Please be mindful of any “Reserved Parking” signs as towing is strictly enforced at the owner’s expense. Vehicles parked on the street, not within a designated parking spot, are also subject to be towed at the owner's expense.
Q: What kinds of things can we do in Adriatica Village?
A: Adriatica Village is home to many restaurants and retail stores including Starwood Café, Umai Sushi, ZinZen Wine Bar, Cavalli’s, Karadise Boutique, Love Life Market, the Guitar Sanctuary and more! Our beautiful Croation-inspired village is perfect for dining, shopping, and enjoying the view of the lake and historic architecture.
Q: Does Adriatica Village ever host events?
A: Yes! Adriatica Village hosts 12-15 organized community events each year. For a full calendar and event details, please visit the Events page on our website.
Q: Are there walking/jogging trails in Adriatica Village?
A: Adriatica Village is a popular stop along the larger McKinney trail systems. The trail extends along the lake and takes you through the most beautiful and scenic parts of Adriatica.
PLEASE NOTE: Adriatica Village considers all of its public spaces to be works in progress. Some portions of the area may not include ramps, paving, signs, railings, lighting, etc. Please exercise a normal degree of caution as you traverse all areas.
